The default max image width of 650 pixels seems a tad on the small size considering the resolutions most use today. If people are still using 800 x 600, you have to scroll right to see the whole screen anyway.

Any chance of increasing the width to 800?

Ive thought about this, as i resize my pictures to 800x600 and this is the only forum (and the one i use most) where the picture goes all jagedy from being resized Sad

Bear in mind that a maximised browser window at 800x600 isn't 800 pixels wide.
