LOL , that video always makes me lol.
Any idea how badly the guy was hurt after that?
TBH he did not look too bad, but I would not be surprised if he had a few broken bones, he did fall quite a way.

aye but when it comes down to it hes the rich fucker who rides bikes all the time with a rich mofo (travis pastrana) and has fun every day of the week whilst were sat here in the uk being over-worked over-taxed and cant get away with anything "fun"... and hes not after sypmathy anyway, if it sells dvd's its gotta be done  |

| The thing that interests me about golf_git's vid is that it looks to be a stock speedo, yet it goes over 186mph? Thought you couldnt de-restrict the speedo? |

ive done my speedo on my tzr, its show over 50mph now lmao!!

Yer, gixxer speedos dont show over 299kph(or at least the ones I've seen on vids dont) I know you can de restrict the tzr ones, but I think the restrictor is built in on the gixxers. |

What on earth would they restrict a speedo for?
299km/h is 185mph so that is around the top speed off a GSXR1000. Bikes are restricted in the UK 187mph IIRC.

Lol, that was pretty funny.
What I want to see is some1 hit a very big ramp which goes up vertical at the end of it, But hit it on a 1000cc at full speed with a parachute on ( the rider, not the bike )
Youll probably die but anyone fancy giving that a go? |

EU rules state these bikes cant go faster than 186mph, if the spedo's do its un-recorded as the spedo is useless if it has stopped working. Feel happy we dont have the 100 hp rule yet!

They have restricted bikes by the speedo. Soon as the bike reaches a certain speed, it stops the engine briefly, like a limiter. Some ZXR750s have it.
