Since the demise of the KLX, which may not be repaired subject to cost, I might be looking for a second bike so I don't put too many miles on the D675 and something to take my good lady out on, as the Daytona pillion is not the best. There is a chance I might get another trail bike however they can be expensive.

I do about 15-20 miles each way on a mixture of A road, dual carriageway and town driving for my commute. I would like a good turn of speed and something easy to maintain. Will have around £1500 to spend.

I would be interested to hear what you all would recommend?

Cheers and have a good weekend!

ZZR600?

Personally I'd have another fun bike as a second bike... (Like a TZR250 or something! Smile )

Then have a 4t 250 off roader as a third bike.

Then have a car for commuting! Smile

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

GPZ500S
GS500F
CBR600F
GSR600
ER6F
FJR1300

The GS is incredibily comfy for pillion, whereas the GPZ500 goes at a fair crack.
