they should do what they were doing in Bolton around new years , they had cops dress up as frail old ladies , with a nearby assault team , to bait chavs out,

we don't have an entrapment law , we have an inticement , for somebody to comit a crime that other wise would not have happened

the test of is quite limited , so if a girl goes out in a short skirt this is NOT enticement,

telling people to launder their money at your company , or smuggle booze (which the customs and excise did) , is enticement
