Lived in UK till I was about a year old and got shipped off to New Zealand for about 6 years. Just as my shit was getting good there, my folks up'd sticks and moved to The Middle East. Good for driving. Petrol dirt cheap. Crap for riding. You'll get killed guaranteed - REALLY bad drivers. Came back here in '99.

Been after a bike since about '90 but never had any cash together. Bit of a late starter at 22 but the way i look at it, least the insurance payments will be a little lower. Got a lovely black Sachs XTC.

Passed my DAS on the 12th of November and on the 13th I bought a 1999 "Firecracker Red and Ebony" (official name) ZX-6R. It's absolutely luverly! Over 140mph, aparently. :S

Crashed the ZX-6R on the 11th of January 2005 writing it off economically. Didn't hit anyone else so couldn't claim anything so have been going through the long and slow process of fixing it up. Spraying all the panels black and it should look really good once it's all sorted.

Now with the bike completed, someone has taken it upon themselves to push it over, cracking the mirror off, scratching the side a little and leaving a small crack in the top fairing. This in itself isn't too annoying but it's more the fact it's started chipping away the paint around it so silver is showing through.

Just moved down to London, well Surrey actually, for work during the weeks, going back to Ipswich on weekends. Gives me a chance to ride around London which, though a little scary and annoying (traffic lights) is really exciting. Loving it. Current record - 40 minutes from Wimbledon to Mile End, try that in a car at 6pm on a Friday! - Hmmm...since writing this I've been banned for 15-20 months. Pushbike time. Anyone want my bike?

The ban is almost up, i've moved back to Ipswich permanently and now looking for a ZX9R F2, GSXR750 K1-K4, Fireblade RR1-2, SP2, 748 Biposto or a VFR800 VTEC. Wouldn't say no to OWO1, RC45, RC30 or R7 though.

The ban now over - i've got none of the bikes above but now have a GSXR 600 K4. It's yellow and fantastic!

Crashed the Gixxer twice in one day on the 19th of November 2008. 2nd one wrote her off sadly. Now have a XT660X to hoon it around the country lanes of Kent and the commute to London. Though I was planning on getting a Triumph Sprint ST 1050 - and will eventually

Since last update, 6 years ago, I've got a Triumph Sprint ST 1050, and left soggy UK to the wilds of Australia. Now to explore the long roads of Queensland.

Another 6 years later, I've moved to Adelaide in South Australia, still riding my Sprint 1050 on a near daily occurrence.
