Nath put us to shame with his riding skills, on his less powerful bike. - Colin1
Well, started biking in August 2004. I bought a brand new Marauder 125 K4, not my best choice ever. the bike was great, but it being new, I dumped it about a week into my ownership
It was used well, serviced well as well. Other than the specified Intermediate servicing Me and the ol man did all rewquired mantainace to the bike.
Just a shame that a year later some c**t pulled out in front of me around an island and ruined the love affair! Was a Catergory C write off. RIP!
During that accident I broke my left leg, rotating fracture of the femer. I also broke 2 toes (dont ask me how, was wearing steel toe caped shoes!), and dislocated my left femer.
The marauder was replaced by an Intruder 125 LC, 2000 light metallic silver. Was a nice bike, shame I only rode it 3 times! Was destroyed XMas day in a fire.
Since the fire I've been mainly rebuilding my life, slowly and surely. I've returned to work, which I had been off since Aug' '05. Which has helped immensly bringing back reality. Facing total destruction of your life isnt something to be taken lightly!
Now I have a GSF600 Bandit N K3, light metallic Blue. Looovely. Not as much as a nice bike as the Fazer, which is a lot better arround corners, and has a bigger top end, if a little top heavy.
