Been Riding the GS since 1997 - this is my second. Passed my test in 1981 on a Kwak Triple 250 after that Moved to Trumpets.. from Meriden and then Hinckley - all went horribly wrong when an evil dealer gave me a GS as a courtesy bike... the Trumpet had to go. and a week later it did. Before being given that GS my attitude towards BMWs was 'no way on earth will you ever get me on one of those things' - funny how actually trying one destroys all your preconceptions.
