As my username suggests, my name is Ben
I live in Newcastle upon Tyne, happily, everyone says I don't sound geordie which pleases me (infact I think geordies should be banned form TV and radio - they are embarrassing, just watch Geordie Hore, sore shore!!)
I Ride a DL650, drive a beast of a car with the most thirsty 3lte V6 engine and have a thing for anything 'classic' yep, give me an MGB, Triumph stag or a sunbeam alpine anyday (no really, send me one, I will give you my address!!)
I went to uni and studied chemistry, but for my sins, work as a pharmaceutical microbiologist  I really wanted to be a chemistry teacher - funny how things change isnt ....bastard kids!!! 
biggest dislikes are overly liberal people, who flock like sheep, follow the crowd and dont like to air an opinion on anything. Oh.. people who show huge levels of sympathy to idiots also rubs me up too!
I like to kitebuggy/board when the weather allows, and would love to do a pilots license, perhaps camelot (or whoever does the lottery these days would kindly pay for the latter!!
