Used to be really into motorbikes when I was 11-16 and enjoyed all aspects (repairing, riding, rebuilding).
Passed my car test at 17 and didn't touch another bike until....19 years later!
I was given a Chinese scooter for free and decided to complete my CBT again and save a bit of money on commuting costs. Then decided, I might as well get the tests done but didn't want to pay for DAS so bought a FZS600 and passed my tests without any lessons (2 goes at each mod).
Now I've passed, looking forward to getting back the passion that I used to have with bikes when I was younger.
I'm a qualified mechanic and a lecturer in motor vehicle engineering.
