Men - Anniversary advice

Righto, its mine and my partners 5 year anniversary tomorrow.

My question is, what do men actually think about anniversaries?
Is it a special day at all for you? I only ask because I know my boyf will forget (even though i reminded him 2 weeks ago) and I need to decide a suitable punishment for him

If he forgets is it that much of a big deal or should I just forget about it. Im not after expensive pressies or anything like that, but a bunch of flowers and dinner would be nice.

Oh and I bought him a real nice armani watch as a gift

The best anniversary gift my other half could give me is not moaning because I forget.

It's just a day to me.

I do my best to remember to say, "Oh, it's so X years since the day we met." and hope that's enough to show that I do actually care, despite any evidence to the contrary.

I'm sure she'll be along later to point out that is more than romantic enough.
