My scanners playing up unfortunantely, is there anything in particular you need to know off it i can type them up or something if needs be

Need to factory re-set it i think.

I took out the inline fuse, re fitted it and now I can't make it go off. It chirps away fine when I arm and disarm it. Everything seems to be fine other than it won't go off, even when I'm shaking the bike about.

Figured a factory reset would sort it out

Are you sure it hasn't reset the sensitivity to minimum/off perhaps if theres a setting for this also [if you can remember how to adjust without instructions also].

Will dig them out now and have a look for you

Mine is also knackered - it ceased working after about 2 months - I have the sensitivity turned up to maximum but it will NEVER go off, even if I leave it 'armed' and ride 80 miles to/from London.
You can hear it chirping when arming/disarming but the shock sensor clearly doesn't do anything.

I must admit i've had cyclones on all my bikes over the last nearly 7 years and theyve worked solidly throughout except being a bit over sensitive on a couple of occasions - a particular place i used to park always made it go off when buses went by, think it was the slope of the road vibrating oddly
