Decent Torque wrench brands?

What brands of torque wrench that are not horrendously expensive should I look out for.

The Halfords Profesional is a good middle ground.

I have two torque wrenches.
A big one for wheel axle nuts and the like. That's a Halford's Professional as it was the only one I could get hold of quickly.

The smaller one (for all the other stuff) is a Draper. It's served me well to date although it might be classed as a 'budget' brand.

As they only get used for DIY maintenance once is a while rather than everyday professional mechanic use I did a quick risk assessment and concluded it wasn't worth spending a fortune.

The Teng range are my favourite. They're not too bad, price-wise

With the exception of cheapo ebay/chinese torque wrenches, most brands will be fit for purpose. That means they will torque just fine, but they may not survive being hit with a mallet (!) or being used as a convenient breaker bar.

Personally I use Draper Expert and Norbar torque wrenches frequently. Never had a problem with either although I do prefer the Norbar ones normally. Neither break the bank and have stood the test of time well.
