First ride of the summer !!

On my mountain bike ........
It dawned on me yasterday that its nearly the longest day and i havent been out on the bike after work yet, so i got home tonight and put that right.
Fuck it hurts now.
Cramp in both calves, saddle sore bum and i must have swallowed about 20 flies, probably all fresh off a cowshit.
On the plus side it was nice to get some fresh air and there were loads of nice birds ( feathered ! ) to look at, and cows, sheep etc..
Hopefully that was the hardest ride and it will now get easier again.
