Back to the topic in hand...

They can have a great effect from years I am afraid to say. It isn't know how they cause it, but, I think some medication can be taken to ease them and should stop your panic attacks.

Paul, i've stayed out of the slating for some (apparnt) bullshit your sprouting, i really don't care of such things because it's a 125 anyway.
But please, don't bring it in here... Rolling Eyes

I didn't bring it in here some other fuck-knuckle did and also am quit willing to let it be but some people just can't stop masterbating over it.

Another area of expertise that Paul obviously has, along with moped tuning, doctorate writing and bullshitting.

Erm.... of course you are willing to let it be, you've made yourself look like a complete idiot with your jackanory stories.

And out of all people, you should know it's masturbating, not masterbating.

Unless that is what you meant when you said Masters ?

Thats why dont take drugs in the first place.

Yeah well some people never learn do they!

I would do it again, hopefully wouldn't have another bad trip. Had shrooms before and always had a wicked trip. Bit dubious with lsd, would try it once i reckon but never again after.

I did have a massive joint right after a dose and a half of the mushrooms.

my mate in the pic btw

tbh the only 2 drugs that are ok i reckon are coke and weed. both in moderation of course. coke is quite expensive and the rush isnt that long but worth it. weed is good but i dont like to do it too often, cant run for shit for a few days after.

I suppose its give and take with this kind of stuff so i will just try and deal with it, unless it gets any worse. Thumbs Up

I have been meaning to post to this since yesterday and since i am at work i got plenty of time.

This only happend a matter of weeks ago and i wont bore you to death with lines and lines.

My brother is a schizophrenic from drugs and is being treated and seemed to be fine.

My parents went away to france for the week, so i took the week off work also.

He took some weed on monday or the night after and i could tell he didnt seem right.

On the Wednesday i was sitting in my room waiting to pick up my bike on these forums i think, i said something he didn't agree with.

He ran out my room and grabed a meat cleaver, i locked my door and he started trying to kick it down.

I was on the phone to 999 when i thought i saw the lock break, at which point i jumped out of a 2nd story window in fear of my life onto a very hard surface.

I somehow manged to get up even though i hurt my spine and cut all my arm open and run across the road, i couldnt risk him coming down and getting me.

The police got him but they said they had the fire arms squad on stand by, he has now been sent over to england to get sorted out.

Right. Panic Attacks.
They can stay with you for a long time, and they can fade away, you can suffer with them in an instant, they dont have to be induced by anything.

I suffered with them after my big bike crash 8 years ago, I was sitting at work and suddenly by heart started thudding away so loudly and violently against my chest I thought it might burst open, I panicked....

Panicking is the worst thing you can do. If you can sit still and calmly for a few moments, regulate your breathing, get some cool air and sip some cool water, and concentrate on staying calm it will help. Just sit them through.

Also try not to worry about having them, or you could induce one to occur. A doctor will likely prescribe you a mild dose of anti-depressants, and if you dont want to go down that route, then consider taking St Johns Wort daily, for at least 3mths, and take the advice Ive given you.

I found that I never had a panic attack whilst out on my bike or at the gym or anywhere that I was concentrating. They only ever happened when I seemingly was quiet or doing nothing, not even thinking...

If it makes you feel better I cannot actually remember the last time i had one now.... I treat them with the same advice - I dont panic, I dont make them into anything, I dont let them take over my body and they seemingly have disappeared from my life.... Thumbs Up
