Ok, so I have lost about 7 stone in 2 years I now weigh 9 and a half stone just over, How many calories should I be eating ? As its currently around the 1200-1400 mark and very little fat below 15 g a day normally which seem's a bit low but i struggle to eat any more than this... probably taken this weight thing to far and found a eating disorder in the process.
I am normally awake from 6am till 11.30 each day.. my job is fairly active moving around a lot etc but also a fair amount of lazing around.... So question is.
How much should I be eating ? And should I go visit the doctor? I don't normally bother.... it's kind off worrying me now Advice welcome ____________________ gixxer thou K6 , Cbr400 gullarm x 2 , cb400 superhack. |

As a geezer you should be eating around 2-2500 cals per day, this depends on activity levels.
If you are only 60 kg, and as long as you not feeling light headed all the time, lethargic and generally feel ok then the amount you are eating will suffice

I suppose I am pretty active being awake 18 hours a day and most of the time on my feet, reason I am a tad worried is my bmr is 1650 odd. ____________________ gixxer thou K6 , Cbr400 gullarm x 2 , cb400 superhack. |

Your at an ideal weight for your height.
Its easy to loose weight, its much harder to keep the weight off so its not suprising that you are feeling a little paranoid about things. Dont expect to loose much more as you may be the 'ideal weight'.
Well done, and stop worrying ____________________ Current : MSX 125 Past : CBR 900RR Monkeybike : c50 LAC : ZXR750 H2 : FZR600 : ZX7R P3 : YW100 : TRX850: Trophy 900 T309 : GSXR 600 L0: Monkeybike : XJ6S Whosthedaddy |

Fuck me 7st in 2 years That's the weight of a midget.
That is an amazing feat of willpower, but maybe the next challenge is to stabalise your diet to stick to that ideal weight.
How did you manage/plan your weight-loss? I would have thought there would be a doctor/dietician involved. It must be time to give them a call.
I'm on one of my self styled anti belly diets at the mo - no beer no crisps. I watch the fat I eat and 16g per day is very low even when starving yourself like me. A chicken and salad sandwich can contain about 20g! ____________________ GSXR600 |

I lost 2 stone in 3 weeks! (I didnt actually eat anything during this period )
Although 7 stone in 2 years is more impressive, that is a lot of will power, I was just an idiot! |

Body Mass Index
Its an indication of the idea body weight taking a correlation between the persons height and weight. Its a load of shit really, but a tool that healthcare professionals use (it really is pants ) ____________________ Current : MSX 125 Past : CBR 900RR Monkeybike : c50 LAC : ZXR750 H2 : FZR600 : ZX7R P3 : YW100 : TRX850: Trophy 900 T309 : GSXR 600 L0: Monkeybike : XJ6S Whosthedaddy |
