Member search

Is there, or could there be, a better way of searching for a particular member, rather than guestimating which page the person you are looking for might be on in the member list?

Sometimes we don't hear from people for a while, nor see them at meets or rideouts. I thought it might be a nice idea if we could instantly get to a particular members profile to see their most recent posts, and maybe see what they are/have been up to????

Easiest way I've found it to type

https://www.bikechatforums.com/search.php?search_author=USER NAME

And replace USER NAME with the person you want to see, and then click their name for a profile.

As Toby has said, the 'search' page (link is above) already has this functionality.

Top bombing

The search page is a bit naff though, as it lists the threads that person has posted in. Toby's way lists the posts themselves.
