PC software help!!!!

I cannot work out how to save Microsoft word documents into pdf format....I miss my mac!!!!!

damn damn damn, that's naff...
Can I not open the document in Adobe Reader and convert it that way? I am trying to understand how PC's work but they are so damn confusing, its sooo easy to loose files on one of these too. I really truly am missing my Mac.

This will let you convert them. There is a charge, but the first 5 are free. Looking into a better option now. Hold on and bear with me!

There is a way to do it for free and that way would be to download OpenOffice suite (free). The Writer program allows you to open Microsoft Word documents and then convert them to PDF.

But it is a large download unfortunately.

Here you go, try this!

It adds a PDF printer to your PC. When you print the document to it, it actually creates a PDF. EASY!

Cheers peeps, problem is I get to a certain stage of downloading anything, and the computer tells me I cant download it...But I did manage to get a copy of it onto a folder on the computer, but wont let me open it. Gawd knows how this computer is set up, but if I ask my Dad about it all he sayes is its set up how he wants it!!!

I may be his daughter, I may be staying over here for a few months, but that is as far as it goes. Im just going to have to hope and pray that my CV can be read in the word format it is in.
