Hi

Charlottes PC was still turned on when I got home on Friday. Looked and Outlook had crashed while turning off, so terminated it and let it shut down.

Later on turned it on to check email and nothing. No life at all.

Turns out one of the cats has sprayed inside the PC and trashed it (side was off the case). Smelly non working PC.

At least we have got the hard disk out of it and that seems OK to retrieve data from.

Oh well, might be covered on the house insurance. Should be an interesting claim.

All the best

Keith

Unless he's going to say he has an unhealthy habit of drinking animal piss, I doubt that's going to work.

Think he would need to aim a bit higher, but I suspect there are a few capacitors in there.

Mmm, uber PC with a Athalon 1.4 processor. On the other hand it has some memory my father probably needs (bought a negative scanner and has now found out that min 128mb is Nikons idea of a sick joke).

All the best
