i think they are taking the piss and suspect that your 'vast' knowledge does not extend to the kind of stuff needed for the job such as HTML and PHP.

Now rejection letters is one thing, refusing to even repsond is another, but taking the piss is just low. I wonder if Siggi could be persuaded to exact revenge on this self important hirer n firer.

Admittedly, Id be quite pleased if I had your skills, but I guess they are looking for someone with programming experience rather than IT support experience.

I fear you may have sent this e-mail in error. It is addressed to someone called Keith whereas my name is Stuart. By curious coincidence though, my surname does happen to be Keith. Maybe this is where confusion arose. Also, I note the intended recipient was applying for a "traine position" (sic) - this can't have been me because although I have recently applied to Techtronics for an advertised role (another coincidence it seems) I have no experience in railways whatsoever, my particular forté being IT.
