Hi all,

I'm planning to try taking bike to France, prob over w/end (fri morn ferry) 22nd, for a couple of nights just as a try out for maybe bigger journey next year. If anyone's doing similar, let me know?

The eastern eurpoean thread is pretty inspiring!

Im going on the 20th (Wed) But im only using France as a couple of stops in Paris and Strasbourg then across to Germany to visit my brother and stay the weekend in Munchen, then back up through Koblenz (Nuringburg ring) and then a night in Bruxelle and then back to England...It will take 10days hopefully.

Having never done such a trip it should be interesting and will definatly help me towards the bigger Europe trip next May with Quik_D.

If your up for coming with me thats fine, I have booked ferries and hostels already. If you want to book the ferry it probably will be quite dear..
