hi ive found this k reg 92 model dtr 125 it is all completly standard and its still restricted it has 12,000 miles on the clock and he has 2 MOT certs it has 12 months MOT but has an advisory on the front tyre and it needs taxing it has also been resprayed do you rekon its worh £495 as i might be buying it on saturday but
want peoples opinions first thanks Smile

finding a working, road legal trail bike for under a grand is not that easy to do.. I'd go for it.. as I think it's worth more (assuming there's nothing nasty lurking within the mechanicals)

well he said the engine is good no knocks or anything and welcomed me to come and view it but i cant get down there till late on saturday as i have theory test in the morning then got to deliver my nsr to the buyer then go round to him by then the auction would have ended might get him to end it early for me and then i know he isnt gonna sell it to anyone Confused

even if the piston does go, its a really easy fix, a rebore and new piston will set you back less than £100

As long as the pictures aren't doing it an undue justice it looks like a good bike for the price, i would snap it up.trying to get decent 125's that aren't abused is hard work sometimes. Ans they always pop up when you dont need one, never whe you do!
