She rang me today telling me id got the job i was like NICE ONE , she said its monday to friday 12 to 3 . 15 hours a week?? i was like what the fuck? works out at 80 quid a week its bollox i cant live off that , i cant even buy a lolly pop with that.

Went threw 2 hours of that shit to get a 3 hour a day job its crap!

Im considering going back doing nights full time untill i go in the Army.

Supermarkets should be employing now, as its coming up to the christmas rush And you'll get a shit load of overtime to make a shit loads of cash

I work hard for very little!

I do a 10 Hour day at kwikfit. No lunch hour. We just grab somthing to eat when we get a 10 minutes stop somwhere in the day.

I come home with around £820 a month.


BUT, I didnt do any further education, So Im whipped for life I guess!

Do a royal mail nightshift over christmas.

You'll come back minted - I came out with thousands after doing nights in Sainsburys over Christmas.

The only bad thing is that you have to work 9pm - 7:30am, with only a total of one hour 'lunch'/breaks.

Most "hands on" apprenticeships seem to pay pretty well, I've hopefully got an engineering one lined up with Network Rail as of next month, and it pays over double what any of my past jobs have paid (I've worked in about 3 hotels, Tescos and a couple of shops)

Nice overtime bonus too

Dransy, if you're 18 plus, work at a pub.

I got paid 4.80 an hour working there full time for a month. My shifts would vary between 12 PM to 5 PM and 6 PM to 11 PM worked every day except Friday.

Ended up totting up about a grand, i was chuffed to bits.

Plus you get a coupla pints at the end of each day

Aye pub works pretty, good. Yes you have to put up with pissed up dickheads who moan because you havent got round to serving them yet, but is some good benefits, like if your single ( i wasnt unfortunatly at the time) you'll get to meet women etc, and its good fun and a laugh.

Worked at my ex's me and 3 birds behind one being the gf, was good fun. Got free bitter too
