if your gunna do the rim tape thing then go as close as possible to the colour of your bikes orange,
personally i would paint the whole thing black
thats me though, you would lose resale value on the bike so isn't worth doing.

Spend the 15 or so quid or more you could spend on rim tape on a Bikesafe course instead £30 quid at the ace, and you spend the whole day riding with the fuzz, have a greasy lunch and take the piss out of the old coppers Well worth doing, even if you do have ells. I know i did.

Alternatively, nitro mors the wheels, get some wet and dry and go through the grades, then you can ask others what to do. I use autosol but that's because i'm lazy and don't want to spend much more time on the job than i want to - craigs is pretty good with his blade... you'd end up with polished rims. Then you'll might want to polish your frame afterwards?

, just a hint. And btw, rim tape of any colour will look wank on that colour of your bike, i can't see anything working with orange... unless it's blue
