OK I am getting some shitty letters regarding parket tickets that they want me to pay £300 a month for till they are cleared and are charing me like £130 in fees for each ticket/letter.

So im wondering!

Can I charge them £15 for each letter I send them?

I mean theres the admin time, the paper or fax call to pay for and then the lose of time as well!

If they can charge (along with banks) why cant I charge them for letters I reply back with?

No.

If you don't owe them anything at all and can prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt you could give it a go, but you'd only be likely to get anything back off them if it went to court and they lost.

If you are wasting your time making excuses instead of paying what you owe them that is your problem and they will not pay for it.

How old are these tickets? I'm wondering why they weren't included in your IVA if they are not recent?

I have the parking permits here and scanned into the computer proving that the offence did not take place!
