Well, we got the 8am ferry to Pompey rode up to the Ace Cafe, had a look about and the cooked breakfast, very nice. Not what I had expected, never been before, it looks bigger on the TV and internet. Just another one ticked off of our "to do" list Laughing

6th picture down, the chap on the left with the hair is STEViE, mandolin player extraordinaire, rider of an extremely tempramental Triumph chop and all-round nice guy. The chap wiith the parrot is Creature, excellent DJ and usually to be seen rattling a collection box in aid of the NABD. Thumbs Up

Nb, the breakfast was lovely I have to say. When my sis in law and myself first walked in to the Cafe we felt like we were walking onto a Hells Angels set but everything as you will know was so clean even the toilets, wasnt sure what to expect there Thumbs Up

On the ride back from Boxhill to Pompey I rode on the back of the KTM, plenty of grunt, sounded similar to riding on the back of Nicks old bike, the Strom after he had removed the baffles Very Happy

cool ktm, that hornet with the predator helmet on the front is ridden by a woman. i've seen it many times round boxhill and ace.

my mate went up their on sunday and it was rememberance day for bikers and people were giving him grief for walking in the cafe with his helmet on, telling him he was being disrespectful. Rolling Eyes

our thoughts were that they must of thought he was physic

WOW I was at Box that day with the busa and that predator looking bike.....How exciting! Good pics! Must go up the Ace soon, not been there for a while. I remember that car in the middle was selling some lubricant.....Blu Flow or something. You can just see my bike behind the car its the Suzuki Bandit with the blue screen and white wheel trims.
