Gone is my record for quality driving skills. Early hours Sunday morning (I was named driver), I have a car full of wasted clubbers and as I reverse out of the car park, we hear a horrible crunch of metal. Slammed on my brakes...I'd hit a concrete post...its made a nasty dent in my wing... Sad

I can barely afford to run the car, let alone deal with repairs.

Im now looking out for a cheap panel beater, if anyone can recommend one in my area?

You keep saying it's an old crap car yeah?

Unless it interferes with your driving I'd just leave the dent where it is. Battle scars and all that.......... Wink

Not really crap, just small and nothing enduring about it. I was just thinking for possible re-sale value...cos it is an unsightly dent.

And no it doesnt interfere with the driving, not at all.

But babyyam, she'll then become another female with the telltale sign of spatial awareness deficiencies, thus conforming to a sterotype. Its only a battle scar if its from something cool, which to be cool has to have written your car off.

Ergo it will either be labelled as a drunk driver rammed her with a concrete post maliciously, or it will be 'that mark we never talk about'.

Same thing happened to my grandad. He start ramming flower pots at random, crazy old bugger. No matter what new dent was in the car you NEVER mentioned it. Luckily he was smart enough to stop driving soon after that started happening.

If you cant get one and decide to just get a new pannel, just look at the scrap yards first.. cheap!! Done it before and its cheap and you can get pannels relatively easy
