This is where they put a blackbox in your car (like to see how many they can get in bikes and how much it would cost to change the current system)

It is a porposed idea to reduce (they won't totally wipe out) fuel duty/tax and create a charge sceme in which we pay £1 a mlie or sumert silly like that!!

The cost of installing this system and the bad publicity that it would get WILL mean the gov wont be able to do it.... image the elections!!

Also, there Will always be problems with the technolgy and i can foresee many people recieving massive bills due to it! (if it was ever enforced)- i would just disconect it or short circuit it so it stops working
