Yep, that's right, Donington Park's been added to the World Superbikes this year meaning we get three rounds in the UK (along with Silverstone and Brands). Nice! Cool

Hmm this is interesting. With the new snetterton layout due next year will there be competition for the wsb round(s)? And maybe the motogp too after the test at brands at the end of last year. Hopefully this will lift the standard of all UK circuits as they fight to hold the best events rarther than just the same few getting the good gigs.

I'd love to see a circuit other than Silverstone getting World Superbikes as it isn't a great biking track, for action or for spectators.

The earth works have been in process for a while now, but I agree there wont be any track laying untill after this season is over. But that means it should be ready for next years WSB...
Hopefully this will encourace silverstone to do something to attract larger events. It cant keep getting the F1 on sentimental grounds forever.
