As most of you know I got caught doing 90 in a 60 was going alot faster but they got me slowing down.

I know its hard to read but in the middle on the right it says p.90 which I was told means that I was doing a proven 90 mph even though they didn't show me proof 
Any ways one of my law lecturers is a judge at the court house where I had to go to court on the 26th to get it all sorted out.
He said go talk to the district attorney and tell him that he said to have a word with him.
The min I said that Judge ******* told me to have a word with you.
He took out a red pen and put this:

90 reduced to a 69 in a 60 and I got off with nothing more than a $125 fine and told to not do it again.
Im so happy  something says I'm going to have to get an A this term

Unless your out in the middle of nowhere you can get away with top speed runs in the desert.  and they are very over the top I got boxed in by 3 cars and led off the road I think its cause they are bored most the time. They said I they new I was trying to run when I done a lifesaver
And if I would of got prosecuted for the 90 I faced a 30 day ban a huge fine and if the judge deemed it necessary jail time
I'm really happy with the out come as my insurance wont go up either If I would of got full charges my insurance would of increased by 90%

i'm sure that the police have to let you know of the offence in writing within 58 days, and you are about 45 days in. then the offence is no more. there are laws that govern the time limit for such offences. if they insist in going to court, don't worry as the judge will throw the case out due to the time that expired since the offence. so start praying that they don't send that NPI.
