The main thing that seems to effect the insurance quotes im getting is the vehicle value. If i was to put this lower than the bike is worth would it effect a claim on the bike (if the bike was stolen would i get a new one, or what i quoted as its value)

Also im buying a new NSR costing me £3000 with the part ex of my little scoot, should i put 3000 in as the value or lower?

I've been ringing around myself, and my Dad told me to put the value in a bit higher (this is for TPFT I dunno if your going fully comp) cos if it got nicked they would get it valued anyway but won't pay out more than what you quoted as its value. It didn't seem to make a massive difference to the quotes I got either, but maybe cos I mostly got TPO and TPFT quotes.

Well it gonna cost me £503 for the new NSR, TPTF. fully comp prices are silly.

the best I've had for my Planet is £423 TPFT, which I didn't think was too bad- no-one else could quote anything like it. It was a specialist 125 company called quoteline 125- I'll find the number and post it on here.
