no power & missfiring

My 24000 mile mint NS125RK (decoked 5ooomiles ago) will not tick over any more whilst warming up, when u twist the throttle it caughs & splluters to 5000rpm then stays there.
it was running excellent up until now. when i drive it fo 4-5 mins after warmup it seems to slowly go away like its been fowling its plug (but all the setting have not changed & its never happend before ?).
then it runns excellent after a good run (90mph) & ticks over, leave it for 2-3hours & back the same, any ideas

Check the plug.
On my nsr it can be quite badly coked up after as little as 500 miles, depending on how I ride.
i usually change the plug every other bottle of 2 stroke as well.
