i rang him he said teh auction was for the bike engine that part of description means its just the engine not the nsr top end

I'd tell him to shove it up his arse on principal. If you leave feedback it would be a good idea to put a link to the relevant thread on this forum or add email me for details. That way he can't twist it around and make you out to be the time waster.

You can see the picture, but the auction is titled: Honda NSR 125 engine with spare top end so errmmm, thats an engine with a spare top end that you've bought.

He does go on to say how you're getting what's pictured but he also says about how the engine is warranted to run.

Is it nearby to you as they may well change their opinion of what's being sold if you're intending to collect it?

You are bidding for a NSR engine, the engine I have been told runs and the gear box, clutch etc all works. if this is not the case you will get a refund.

What I could make of it is that you are bidding for the engine - which you won. That did not include the top end though. The top end was a separate sell.

Might be wrong but that's the way I read it.

Report him for being a non performing seller.With his feedback going this way he will be chucked off soon enough.

The auction was for the engine and head as i read it.

Seems to me he didnt get a good enough price.....
