Currently watching a '97 CBR600 F and a few ZX6Rs pre 636 upgrade , how much should I pay for say 15K on the clocks undamaged ? , or damaged and replaced panels?

condering outside is scorching hot and thus prices are semi inflated .

dealers say £2300ish
Ebay can vary between £1850-£2200
Dodsi sez £2X00

wider thoughts , are 98/99 models much different other than the styling? I really like the twin bug eye effect of ZX6R J1s , no so much the 2005 on models though,

Thanks.

(Note tried that Fazer wasn't me cup of tea)

I love the j1 amazing wheelie bikes in my opinion.

Comfy and quick to.

You will get the best bargin on ebay.

Although my mate got his 2001 one from a dealer for 2k with 10,000 miles on the clock with a hugger and datatool.

And Itchy will you ever find a bike Laughing Wink

i just bought a 51 plate J2 for 2.9 but the parkers guide reckons 2.8 i think it was. looks like a paid over the odds....WHOOPS !! Doh!
although the bike is gorgeous, in its stunning BRIGHT YELLOW, but it does have a datatool alarm/immobiliser on it and is data tagged.

mind you its got brand new bridgestone tyres on it, new front pads, serviced and 12 months MOT. Dance!

probably not this year , I've seen so many bad bikes I'm too demoralised to go look at them anymore.

EDIT , odds look even longer this CBR600 that sparked my interest went just before I called it, damnit.

I can bet that £2200 ZX6R in a dealers nearby will be gone my Sat , working has some horrible disbenefits can never manage to buy anything (don't even get me started on booking holidays to go see bikes when I did this bikes were sold the second I booked them wasting my half days off).
