Probably not a problem, although as I've said you can have mine which other than being a bit coked up is fine, for £20 + postage.

Hi

For ultimate power and reliability those dinks may well make things worse, but for road use I would not worry out them. Looks like you have already got rid of any sharp edges / raised lumps (which would get hot easily, glow and ignite the mixture).

Have a look on scotty's web site. The NSR (old model) manuals are on there, where it goes through the prosses.

It's really not that difficult, though helps if you've got a centre stand or a half decent way of lifting the bike to get the weight off the front.
