Honda Nsr 125R 2001 De-Restriction problem Norwegian

Hello

I`m trying to de-restrict my Nsr 125r 2001mod. I have read www.nsr125.com`s de-restricting guide, but my bike does not have any restriction in the intake nor can find any possibillity to change the exhaust system. Anyone know were the restriction in on this bike? By the way since this is a norwegian bike it`s restricted down to 11KW / 15Hp

Other ways it could be restricted...
it mentions some other ways on the derestriction page- throttle slide movement, Ignition Electronics...
other ideas- is there a fully-working powervalve system? (UK aprilias are restricted by omitting this). has it got a full-size carb?

Ok, I'm out of ideas...

I got a fullsize carb, and there is no throttle ..... my english is failing me, damn it you know what I mean.

i also have problems..
i have a gianelli exhaust and it only make about 80 miles an hour..
it isnt enything i can do with the throttel.. i get full throttle..
but maybe the cdi is wrong.. where can i find help with that.. without bying a new!?
