Financial restrictions mean I've had to get rid of my cable TV so I'm looking at getting a freeview box instead. All I know is that I want one with two scarts and as many of the freeview channels as possible. Has any one got any recommendations?

Just about any should do, might be worth checking out the new bt one, with phone,tv and broadband for only £34 per month it gives you more than the free channels

Edit: make sure you have an aerial with a good enough reception

Only £34 per month! That's why I got rid of cable, and the phone. All I've got now is internet and PAYG mobile.

I got that one not long ago for my flat up at uni and it does the job fine. There are a few channels I can't recieve, e.g. UKTV Gold, but I think it might just be of the reception where I live.
Also any time it finds new channels it lets you know and tunes them in automatically for you.

Hope that helps Smile

You need to have a digital aerial to get all the channels, I also believe that you won't get someof the channels where you live. Thumbs Up
