If I were to get a replacement exhaust system for my NSR (rather than rip the restrictor out of the original system) which would be a better bet?

Arrow / Jolly moto (Cheaper) / Other (Please name and where to buy from)

Still fully restricted at the moment, im after the exhaust first, just because its less hassel replacing that than surgicaly removing the Restrictor plate from the inlet (IMO)

also, what is involved in re-jetting? im gonna take it in for its well overdue 2nd service soon so i can get them to re-jet it.

Both Arrow and Jolly Moto make quality exhaust systems, Nikon are cheap but not in the same league.

Have you considered getting the shop to remove the restriction while they're servicing and rejetting it? I know you've probably heard this before but you could use the money you save for petrol, oil, riding gear etc so you can ride more - it's got to be a better investment in the long run. Smile

For the shop to remove the restrictors wouldnt strictly be legal Smile

When i say wouldnt strictly be legal, i mean not at all Very Happy

With a new one i can just replace the whole things, cant imaging the rejetting could be cause that much trouble if i had to replace in 'emergency' Confused
