There was no way TV companies would allow it if there was a chance of it going wrong

I thought it was pretty cool.

If you're working on the basis that it was all rigged, then being unsure about a shot is a nice touch.

If you're taking it as genuine, then Shocked

He was certainly shaking like a junkie... real or acting? Who knows.

It was good.

We won't know if it was rigged for a long time, but it was good entertainment.

It simply worked on his tricks he's been doing for years. So its highly likely it was real.

He said in interviews etc that if he wasn't certain he wouldn't do it, after all can you imagine the compensation to the witnesses if he killed himself - oh and the paperwork. Laughing

But he has been doing the think of a number and I'll tell you which it is when you count past it trick for years.

Missed the actual stunt though. Sad

I thought it was a bit of a let down TBH. It would of been far more entertaining if he'd splattered his brains on the wall.

he knew exactly which one the bullet was in.
The 3rd shot and the shaking after it was all an act, a very good one though Very Happy
I don't think he would have even done the show if he thought there was even the slightest chance of it going wrong.
Mind you imagine the papers tomorrow if he blew his brains out on live TV.

I thought that it was pretty tense. I dunno, but I personally find that pulling the trigger on a loaded gun (even if that particular round wasn't loaded) is pretty scary...especially if the gun is pointed at your head.

Apparently Channel 4 were running a 10 second delay so if it had gone wrong we wouldn't have seen it.
