My brother passed his cbt after crashing. Your cbt is basic 'training' its not a test as such so if you crash and can get back on the bike and show that it was a mistake and you've learnt from your mistakes then you 'should' pass IMO. I agree its a bit dodgy passing if you cant control the bike at all or whatever but if you hit gravel for example or lean to much on a wet road or drain then you should be allowed to pick your bike up and continue, its training after all and is meant to teach you the basics of making a bike move.
