lift the seat up and the bottle is between the seat and the left hand rear fairing.

put the key in the seat lock, turn it 180 degrees and theres a little lever behind the seat lock which you just pull straight down and it will release the seat Wink

Generally the manual has long since disappeared on 17 year old bikes Smile.

maybe I'm guilty of taking my knowledge for granted...

Long before I owned an NSR125, I knew how 2-strokes worked. I was even familiar with premix, or self dosing oil systems. I bought my NSR for £90 as an insurance write off, and rebuilt the engine (it had seized, hence the crash that wrote it off) and replaced the bodywork without even a haynes manual. I worked out a lot of things on the bike thru trial and eror. Can't life the seat? look under it as much as I can to see if I can see what's stopping it.. work out it's a locking mechanism.. see if ther's a lock near by 'oh' there is..


That sort of thing. MEchanical stuff is almost intuitive to me (well, well designed stuff is anyway) and I forget not everyone is the same.
