Yer, bit pricey. I like the stories and reading about the staff bikes and new things though. One of the few mags I keep updated with.

I sometimes buy bike trader to glance over, but that's it really.

Got a subscription to FB when they were doing the free panniers offer. Was buying it every month anyway so thought i'd do it for the added bonus of them.

Very good read. Would recommend.

Try "Real Classic", better mag.
Saying that it is rare I buy any bike mag at all. Just how much can you say about the new Duc?

I usually buy BIKE mag every month. It costs £3.99 and something less if you get a 12 month subscription.

I dont see it as a waste of money at all and its a really good read with lots of cool, funny and helpful stuff in it.

I have a few issues of Fast Bikes mag and TWO aswell. I have a copy of and MCN from a few months ago, but only because it came free with BIKE.

I used to buy TWO regularly, stopped after a while as it was just the same thing month after month - ooh look, shiny new sportsbike thats 2 mph quicker than last months one, whoopee!

Now I just buy Bike, seems to be a varied mix of articles and bike reviews, and on the odd occasion I may buy Performance Bikes.

I get Bike (although it was crap this month), Ride, which is a bit more down to earth and Motorcycle Sport and Leisure, which is even more down to earth and is a good read for a varied selection of bikes, touring stories etc. Sometime get MCN is theres something especially interesting in it.

Not a fan of any of the bike magazines really. I find they are about 80% advertisements. Laughing

I used to buy Superbike magazine quite regularly but I soon became bored with reading the same stuff month in, month out. I'm not sure that it is a fault of the magazine, in fairness there is only so much bike news and new bike reviews that they can do month after month after month...

Nowadays I don't often buy any bike related media, well not unless I am really bored. I will have a flick through my workmates MCN if he buys it on a Wednesday, but it only takes me 15 minutes to skim through the decent bits - the rest is plain crap. I certainly wouldn't buy it out of my own pocket - its just not worth it.

Got a subscription to Bike magazine. Cost me £21.50 for 6 months I think and I got a free Oxford Tailpack which is probably worth £10 anyway.

Never bothered with bike mags before apart from when I'm really desperate for something to read to fill some time. Though I have been reading BritChopper since the first issue earlier in the year, and will probably keep reading it as it's full of interesting bikes.
