I've had my 06 RS 125 for a month now and I'm slowly trying to learn the mechanical side to biking but, being an artist at heart Mr. Green I'd like to customises it's looks somewhat.

My fist step would be to strip back all the Aprilia branded stickers and see what my blank canvas looks like but if I cock it up or have second thoughts, is it possible to buy the these again?

If you'd like to do me a favour dose anyone know of a decent site to get better indicators, shields and mirrors from?

Cheers, Cool

Looks rather sleek without the stickers.

This is my bike as it stands now.

I'd remove the the branding and the lion image too.
I can't decide a colour scheme though, I was thinking black and red details but I'd have to spray my rims so maybe blue detailing?

Don't do it! changing the stock look of your bike will seriously despreciate the value of your bike, especially since it's a learner legal one, people will assume you removed the stickers because they were heavily damaged/ you've changed the panels etc. when they come to buy it...

I wouldn't have considered that very artistic, unless you get creative in the what you replace them with.

Have a play around in Photoshop, maybe use some other bikes that you like the look of for inspiration, and let the creativity grow from there. There's not always a single solution to such a design, so try and create 3-5 good ones, then develop one from there.

I reckon you should leave it alone.

If you had a shitty old one, then yeh. But with a new bike you're risking a lot in terms of the value.....
