Last time I read superbike the editor was giving all of his guys a pasting for increasing the mag's insurance budget.

Fast bikes have a gossip column about other mags and they said that in a "certain Super Bike magazine" Laughing there had been final written warnings from the ed because of the excessive crashing and tomfoolery. Also It did say at one point that Dave Sonsky (ex starboy and superbike stunter) wouldn't come back from his hols unles their principle road tester (I think the one in the pic - Jamie or something) was sacked!

Oooh, don't spit your dummy too early boys! Smile

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

The guy in the pic is Alan Dowds, i.e. the editor of Superbike magazine. As for insurance though - I thought that they had an excess of around £25k on their policy, which means that someone will probably need to fork out for that damage.
