I'll be there tomorrow (Sunday 11th). Compared to the NEC, and pretty much any other bike show in the UK it can only be described as um.... crap!

Usually only a few of the big makes turn up, I can't remember who forgot to come last year but I think it was Kawasaki & Suzuki but I could be wrong. Stands look cheaply & quickly put up and tends to resemble more of a car boot sale than a Motorcycle Show. J&S Accessories last year brought all their 10year or older stock to try and flog it on to the really cheap folk out there with some helmets as cheap as £15 (and they didn't even look worth it) and only clothing that looked suitable for a Honda Vision or a C90!

But it can be very good for getting cheap stuff too, last year me & my step-dad picked up 2 Arai RX-7RR4's (Haga & a Roberts rep) for £350 each - dropped from £500rrp - including dark visors worth £40 each which I thought was an excellent deal for what are such expensive helmets even with usual discounts. Step-dad also got £60 off the rrp. of a pair of Sidi Vertebrae 2 boots and I got some clear rear lenses for my Mito for £10 from Casoli and as a result got a c/f rear hugger for £75 inclusive after I got talking to one of the owners.

Best to go on the last day as most places want to clear their stock, but for stuff to look around compared to the NEC it is very boring and nothing new....
