Hi can someone advise me please? I have fitted a 39mm Keihn cr flatslide carb to my drz 400s any body know what size main jet I would need. what size is in the e model? my carb came from a KTM 450 and I think the 168 main that is fitted is a bit big. I have gone down to 155 and it is much better do I need to come down more?
Thanks
alanw

What exhaust have you got in it?
That should be around about right for a DRZ-E with a free flowing exhaust. Believe the S has different cams, so might be a little different.

155 is spot on if your using stock pipes, If you have an aftermarket system you will want 160 main jet.

Also have you done the 3x3 mod?

3 x3 mod is cutting out a 3inch square hole in the top of your airbox, usually taking a snorkel shaped bit out. Allows the bike to ‘breath’ a bit more freely.

Just ignore the Americans as they have not got a clue about life or anything out of America.

Some very useful UK members tho, who will bend over backwards to help you out.
