I was just chatting with my grandpop's about getting a new bike and he told me he bought this bike for 5 pounds as his first bike and when ever he went past his mum's shop she would hide so he wouldn't wave and fall off.

Hi

I might find out in a year or so. Slowly paying out to get the bits from my dads old Vincent restored. Not sure what end of the deal I got being given a Vincent if I pay the restoration bill.

All the best

Keith

Ah, but at the end of the day you will have a restored Vincent and you can feel content in the knowledge that it only cost you the economic debt of a small third world country to restore! Razz

Hi

Think the costs are going to be in the region of £3500~£4000 with me doing the assembly work but someone experienced doing the restoration of the basic parts and building the engine up.

All the best

Keith
