My mate just recently started having some problems with his 1000rx. After a short time running, or riding it seems to die. If he keep the revs up it will run but lose a lot of power, and just doesn't sound right. Someone sggested it may have a problem with a coil, but someone else says carburettor. I'm clueless, and he's potless so need some help for him to sort it without paying out loads of money.
Any suggestions?
