Changes to post ratings

Post ratings are going to change a little; when you rate a post you'll be asked to pick a reason (i.e. "It's spam, it's offtopic, it's funny, it's informative"). Different reasons will have different effects on post rating and poster karma, and will be viewable. So you can look up exactly who has rated a post and what they thought. The way thread ratings are worked out will also change somewhat, to be more influenced by the first post.

I've been monitoring the ratings and there's a bit of misuse going on, which hopefully making the ratings public will fix.

Good idea. However I just tried to rate your post, and didn't get asked anything, it just changed to saying "post rated"
