How hard can it be??

These were the words of a wise and great that took to the lanes with us this w/end,not been out before and riding an XL600 2 hours and 4 offs later ..........exhaust broken in 2 places,side panel smashed,lost tax disc (i remember him asking why my bike wasnt taxed,....in my pocket permanantly)bent brake lever and finally had to ride off home long before the end as now couldnt select gears ,shaft was mullered ,thats how hard another Bertie Big Bollax bites the dust,he was told at the start to ride to his ability,but had to try to keep up with run leader who was only doing 20/25 but very rutted,hes a good bloke though and realised his mistake,so out with us again
