Help needed, in a bad situation!!!

Ok here goes.

My mate likes me other mate (Lad and Lass) he totally hung up on her and she's just playing him, like a bitch.
This is where i come in, last night i was round at her house waiting for me mate to come round after work, we had a few Sambuka's and one thing led to another and i ended up dogging the shit out of her, when he picked us up he was driving and i was in the back her in the front. She kept on putting her hand between the seats and trying to knock me out, then when i got home she was texting me until 3am and i had to be at work for 8am. She's been texting me all day asking when we can shag again. Now i feel really bad because she don't care about him, and she's using me to play her games. She also knows my lass.

I've known me mate for 6years now and he's in a bit of a low at the minute with family problems.

So can someone tell me how I can tell im without really upsetting him or worse?

Also she ain't exactly pretty and looks like a 2am girl.

So please can you help me???

Well we aint really in relaionship atm we decided toput it on hold for a while because of problems she has and i agreed, we still see each other, but she said that currently we are just realy good friends, and a can see who i want.

And yes i do feel really fucking bad i've gone against my friends and the lass i love!!!

I know it was a real stupid thing to do, and i realy do regret it, but i was pissed, it just spereled out of control.

And yes i am fuck bothered about my mate, i've known him since school in fact he was my first true mate at school but if you read the op all the way through i said he has family problems at the minute, and i haven't helped at all by baging the lsss he really likes.

You've defo got yourself in a pickle here.
I agree....just confront your mate and tell him what you did. TBH....I don't think you'll get a pat on the back and him just forgiving you. Be prepared for a long cold-shoulder. If he's having family problems, he'll be wanting to have his closest friends near him atm. What you did was probably a slap in the face when he needs you the most to support him.
It's not nice to swallow but you've probably broken the ultimate rule with your mate and that trust (if he is prepared to forgive - depending how much he "loves" this lass) will be tarnished. Alot of mending needed to gain it back i'm afraid!

As for the lass, she isn't much of an eye-candy and she sounds a bit of a $lag - any reason why your mate is so "in love" with her.

As for your P/T girlfriend..no matter how much "on a break" you both agree on, its easier to keep affairs secret. Do you not watch F.R.I.E.N.D.S? Well i told me mate today. He didn't take it to hard thankfully he told me that he was happy that i told him, then punched me straigh in the head. Then laughed telling me that he knew what she was like and was waiting for it to happen, sooner or later.

I know i'm a cunt i know i'm a dick, but i've confessed, and thats a wieght off my shoulders, but i still feel like shit for doing it.
